About these terms

These terms govern your communications with Moto ("we", "us"), a San Francisco trade desk serving independent powersports dealers. By communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to these terms.

SMS terms of service

By providing your mobile number and requesting information by text, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding used-inventory sourcing and related follow-ups to our conversations.

Program: business-to-business conversational and follow-up messages for motorcycle dealerships.
Message frequency varies depending on the conversation; typically a small number of messages per week at most.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us.

Transparency about our AI assistant

An AI assistant works our phones and texts and identifies itself as such. Humans review and handle all transactions and commitments.

No offers or guarantees

Information we share about vehicles, pricing, or market conditions is provided in good faith for discussion and does not constitute a binding offer. All transactions are subject to separate written agreement between the parties.
