Who we are
Moto is a small San Francisco trade desk that helps independent powersports dealers source used inventory and move aged units. We communicate with dealership staff by phone, text message (SMS), and email.
Information we collect
We collect business contact information (name, role, dealership, phone number, email address) that you provide to us directly — for example during a phone call, by text, or by email — together with records of our conversations with you (call notes and summaries, text message history) and publicly available information about dealership inventory.
How we use it
We use this information to follow up on conversations you have had with us, to send details you have requested, to coordinate potential transactions, and to keep an accurate history of our relationship. We do not sell personal information.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and ask to receive details by text, we will text you about the topics you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate our communications (for example our telephony and messaging providers) and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law. We do not share or sell your information to third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and your choices
We keep conversation records for as long as they are useful to our business relationship. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing super@superduper.com, telling us on a call, or replying STOP to any text.
